Zanu-PF secretary for legal affairs Emmerson Mnangagwa has said all posts serve for that of President Mugabe and Women's Affairs are open for contestation during the party's elective congress in December.
Mnangagwa said Zanu-PF members must unite ahead of the congress and slammed some members of the party who he said are plotting to topple President Mugabe.
He said Mugabe should lead the party as long as he can, but those pushing for his ouster should be exorcised. He said the politburo has resolved to increase the number of members of the central committee to 300 from 245.
Mnangagwa on the other hand said women did well by approaching Grace Mugabe to lead them in order to stop factionalism.
