Mugabe bids Kenyan Ambassador to Zimbabwe farewell

President Robert Mugabe has met outgoing Kenyan Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Ms Josephine Awuor who bad him farewell at his Munhumutapa offices this evening after a four year diplomatic stint.
Ms Awuor said she is grateful for having been facilitated to serve in Zimbabwe, as two countries share similar histories of colonisation, wars of liberation and current challenges.
"I am leaving after four fruitful years in Zimbabwe. I am very grateful to the government and the President for facilitating my stay here and getting things done. I wish them the best. With President Mugabe, we shared a lot concerning the relations between Zimbabwe and Kenya, and the President sent his greetings to his brother, President Uhuru Kenyatta," she said.
Mrs Awuor leaves Harare for Nairobi tomorrow.
