NATIONAL Constitutional Assembly Party interim leader Lovemore Madhuku and University of Zimbabwe lecturer says First Lady Grace Mugabe is now the country's de facto president as seen by the stampeding of cabinet ministers to bootlick her.

He accused cabinet ministers of abandoning their government duties to attend First Lady Grace Mugabe's meetings in a desperate bid to secure political posts in the party which is currently characterised by serious infighting over positions ahead of its December Congress.

Ministers Jonathan Moyo, Saviour Kasukuwere and Ignatius Chombo who recorded 100 percent attendance of Mugabe's meetings were slammed of protecting their ill gotten wealth which according Madhuku was secured through President Mugabe's blessing.
