'Baba Jukwa' trial postponed

The State is not yet ready to proceed to trial in the Baba Jukwa case as it is still not through with its extra territorial investigations.
State prosecutor Ms Sharon Mashavira revealed before Mr Milton Serima that the State required more time to wind up its investigations before it could inform the court of a plausible trial date in the case.
The matter was deferred to the 8th of December.
Edmund and Phillip Kudzayi are jointly accused of attempting to subvert a constitutionally elected government through cyber terrorism.
However, the State is also not yet ready to furnish the court with a trial date for Romeo Tafadzwa Musemburi facing similar charges of inciting the mass to revolt against the government and for the Gunda-Nleya Brigade to forcibly remove the constitutionally elected government.
Musemburi will now be able to know when his trial will commence on the 22nd of February next year if the state will be through with its investigations.
