Boy (17) rapes sister (5), mother detained

A 17 year old teenager appeared in court yesterday facing charges of raping a minor aged five.
The Ruwa boy allegedly raped his five-year-old sister on two different occasions.
The boy appeared before Harare magistrate Tendai Mahwe. Mahwe remanded the boy in the custody of his mother to December 9.
The State is alleging that the boy raped his sister on November 14.
He raped his sister again the following day.
He assaulted the minor and threatened to cause her further harm if she reported the matter to anyone.
