Mugabe calls Mutasa a back-stabber

President Robert Mugabe reportedly described beleaguered Zanu-PF secretary for Administration Didymus Mutasa as a back stabbing individual whose promiscuity had soiled his dignity, politburo member Claveria Chizema said yesterday.

Chizema told a Zanu-PF inter-district conference that accusations of plotting to assassinate President Mugabe were true and should be taken seriously.

She chronicled how President Mugabe confronted Mujuru, Mutasa and Gumbo at a recent politburo meeting over their conspiracy to assassinate him.
