Bail ruling for 8 MDC-T activists at 2:15 pm today

High Court judge, Justice Samuel Kudya will today at 2:15pm deliver his ruling on the bail application made by eight MDC-T activists who are facing charges of murdering a police officer in Glen View in May.
The bail hearing started this morning before it was adjourned to this afternoon. However, the State is dismissing the bail application.
Those applying for bail today are; Councillor Tungamirai Madzokere of Ward 32 Glen View, Rebecca Mafukeni, Yvonne Musarurwa, Cynthia Manjoro, Stanford Maengahama, Lazarus Maengahama, Stanford Mangwiro and Phineas Nhatarikwa.
They are part of 24 MDC-T activists who were arrested on charges of murdering a police officer at a night club in Glen View. The other 16 are out on bail. MDC-T alleges that the police officer was murdered by unknown revelers.
