Protest against Mutasa

Hundreds of Zanu-PF supporters here yesterday demonstrated against their representative in the National Assembly Didymus Mutasa, calling for his expulsion from the party for various indiscretions.
The supporters demonstrated in the constituency with placards denouncing Mutasa's misdemeanours.Some of the placards read, "Didymus Mutasa is corrupt", "Didymus Mutasa imposed himself on Headlands," "Didymus Mutasa is a traitor" "Didymus Mutasa imhondi" and "Didymus Mutasa must be expelled from Zanu-PF".
Member of the Manicaland provincial executive Christopher Chingoshe presented a petition to be forwarded to the Politburo on behalf of the constituency.
In the petition, Headlands constituency called for Mutasa's expulsion from the party and that he be recalled from Parliament.
The constituency also accused Mutasa of confusing party structures by imposing leaders and asked for an audit across all the structures in the province.
