State assisted funeral for deputy minister

The late Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Climate, Engineer Simon Musanhu who died at his home in Greystone Park on Thursday will be laid to rest at Glen Forest on Saturday.
Engineer Musanhu will receive a state assisted funeral.
Relatives, workmates and friends gathered at Musanhu family to welcome the body of the late Engineer Musanhu from a local funeral parlour.
The Acting President Emmerson Mnangagwa who visited the Musanhu family to pay his condolences said the nation has lost a man who was focused and determined.
Mnangagwa was accompanied by his wife Auxillia and several senior government and Zanu-PF officials.
Father to the late Engineer Musanhu, Mr Artwell Musanhu and a brother Mr Shepard Musanhu said the family runs short of words in describing the big loss.
Engineer Musanhu who was also the Zanu PF National Assembly member for Hwedza North collapsed and died at his home early Thursday morning.
