ZAPU launches its devolution booklet

Yesterday on the 31st January 2015 in Dudley near Birmingham City, ZAPU launched its devolution booklet called 'Devolution explained: The right way, the rainy day for Zimbabwe'. Its author is Mr Themba Mthethwa a well-known strong advocate for devolution of Power. Mr Mthethwa explained that devolution of power concept is one of the pillars of ZAPU's ideology. "As is there is no Party in Zimbabwe with a robust ideological vision which can reset Zimbabwe's economic, development and social paradigms and make the country fully functional, except ZAPU" Mr Mthethwa explained.

The meeting yesterday saw the emergence of a new ZAPU Youth Front leader, Mr Arnold Dube. "Information is what we do best, we are of the view that we can beat ZANU PF hands down through the intelligent utilisation of information coupled with technology" the Youth Fire brand said.

Ms Susan Ndlovu the ZAWU chairperson announced that the ZAWU together with the Youth Front will be having an open street mobilisation exercise in Manchester on the 28th February 2015. The mobilisation process is intended to be replicated throughout the United Kingdom culminating in the elective Conferences for ZAWU and the Youth Front.

"The meeting was a resounding success, there is no other way of describing it, and a number of ground-breaking resolutions were made, chief among them was the adoption of the Mobilisation strategy, the diaspora vote, a revolutionary newsletter and for continued visibility of the Party" concluded Mr Maphosa.
