The MDC Renewal Team Mashonaland East chapter will on Easter holidays unveil a tombstone of the late MDC-T Morgan Tsvangirai's aide and election agent Talent Mabika who died after being petrol bombed by suspected Zanu-PF supporters in 200 at Murambinda growth point.
Provincial spokesperson Jimmy Jombo said all is set for the unveiling of the tombstone and the party is currently building the dilapidated grave of the late Mabika.
Jombo said Tsvangirai has never visited the grave of Mabika since 2000.
Tichaona Chiminya and Talent Mabika were murdered by Zanu-PF and State agents 11 years ago.
Chiminya and Mabika died after the vehicle they were driving in was petrol bombed in near Murambinda Growth Point in Buhera, Manicaland province in 2000. The mob was led by CIO operative, Joseph Mwale.
No meaningful murder investigation was undertaken and despite Mwale being subpoenaed by former Justice Devitte, he remains in contempt of court. All prosecutors who have tried to bring him to justice have lost their jobs.
