Madzibaba centrally locks congregant to bed the wife

A SELF-STYLED prophet from Johane Masowe eChishanu in Ruwa has come under fire for wrecking a church mate's marriage.

Madzibaba Foster Mbayi is denying the allegations, which he claims are meant to destroy his own marriage.

Madzibaba Mbayi is alleged to be using threats of witchcraft in luring and getting between the sheets with Blessing Mutsigiri, who is wife to his church member Wednesh Moyo.

The prophet has since sired a child with the woman.

Blessing reportedly opened up to her husband after giving birth to the child and told him of the abuse.

Narrating her ordeal, Blessing said Madzibaba Foster demanded sex with her threatening to kill her husband if his demands were not met.

"This man is my ex-boyfriend and our affair had ended when I met my husband. We have been married for more than six years and we have a child together.

"We then started going to his church with my husband but I realised that Madzibaba was still interested in me.

"I explained to him that I had moved on with my life telling him to back off. He failed to accept this and started threatening to kill my husband.

"At first I did not take the threats seriously until I fell sick and had a miscarriage. On this second pregnancy, he had told me that I would have a miscarriage and I got scared when the prophecy happened.

"He then called me saying that he will pass the sickness to my husband adding that he would kill him if I don't sleep with him," she said.

Blessing defended her infidelity saying that she wanted to protect her husband from Madzibaba who had threatened to kill her husband: "I did this to protect my husband but this is backfiring because my husband does not want me anymore.

"My marriage has collapsed yet I did all this to protect my husband. Madzibaba is a very dangerous man who uses juju and I'm still sleeping with him so that he does not harm me.

"He is paying maintenance for his child but my only hope is to save my marriage. I still love my husband and I wish he could understand why I did all this".

Wednesh said he wants Madzibaba Foster to compensate him for cheating with his wife and using juju on him.

"He is a very dangerous man and I'm very disappointed because we really looked up to him as our church leader. I only realised that he had an affair with my wife last year in September and she has since given birth.

"I paid for all the bills when she gave birth only for her to tell me that the child was not mine. I want this man to compensate me. I don't think I can still live with this woman.

"Aitondishandisira mushonga ndikarwara zvekuti ndakatadza kusangana nemudzimai wangu kwegore. Ndiyo nguva yaakatora akatanga kusangana naye. Ndairwara ndichirasa mbeu zvekuti nanhasi handisati ndapora," he said.

Madzibaba Foster denied having an affair with Blessing although he admitted that he was paying maintenance for the child.

"Blessing is trying to destroy my marriage. She is my ex-girlfriend and I know she still loves me. She took me to court and I was ordered to pay maintenance for a child that is not mine.

"She is crazy and if I really slept with her, why are they still together with the husband. Her husband has the baby's picture on his (WhatsApp) profile and why would one do that if the child is not his. Someone is using them to tarnish my name.

"My church has so many followers and it could be a rival church leader who is behind all this," he said.
