Man undresses brother's wife

A CHITUNGWIZA man reportedly undressed his brother's wife to her panties for quarreling with his brother.

Clive Motsi reportedly intervened in an argument between Faith Mupindi and her husband, who is his brother, and began assaulting her.

She tried to flee but he chased and tore her clothes, leaving her only in her panties.

He was taken to court on allegations of physical abuse in contravention of the Domestic violence act.

It is said on December 21 last year, the complainant had a misunderstanding with her husband around 4am and she suggested that they go to the aunt's place for the matter to be resolved.

While the two were arguing, Motsi interfered in the matter and began assaulting the woman, slapping and kicking her all over.

She tried to escape but he chased after her and tore her clothes, leaving her only in a pant.

She managed to flee and sought refuge at an in-law's place.
