Road accident claims four including a 9-month-old baby

Three adults and a nine month old baby died this Saturday while several others sustained injuries when a Chiweshe bound Kombi they were travelling in burst the right rear tire resulting in the driver losing control at the 50 kilometre peg, along the Harare - Bindura highway, ZBC News reported.
When the ZBC News crew arrived at the scene of the accident, the injured passengers had already been rushed to Concession Hospital, and eye witnesses gave an account of what transpired.
Meanwhile, Police Traffic Section Spokesperson, Inspector Tigere Chigome confirmed the accident and said the four died on the spot.
However, it could not be ascertained how many passengers were in the Kombi.
Inspector Chigome urged road users not to speed, over load and to observe the stipulated speed limits.
