MDC-T President Mr Morgan Tsvangirai says there is no going back on recalling 21 MDC-T legislators from parliament.

The party is however in a quandary as Tsvangirai insists his party will not contest any by-elections until electoral reforms are made.

The party that Morgan Tsvangirai, the late Gibson Sibanda and others founded in 1999 is at cross roads.

21 legislators are facing a recall from parliament as they are being accused of forming another political party.

The MDC-T leader told journalists at Bulawayo Press Club that the fate of the 21 has been sealed and they will be recalled.

But Tsvangirai's party also risks losing all the 21 seats to Zanu-PF as he insists his party will not participate in any by-elections until his conditions are met.

With his project crumbling, the MDC-T leader appears to have chosen the path of violence to resurrect his party.

He told journalists the way to go will be to make the country ungovernable.
