Nyasha Mushekwi's wife 'starving'

FORMER Mamelodi Sundowns player, Nyasha Mushekwi's wife and their baby allegedly live in abject poverty.

Sunday Sun has learnt that Nyasha's Zimbabwean wife, Luminitsa, is struggling to make ends meet after her soccer star hubby left her and their four-year-old baby high and dry.

Luminitsa's friends made critical calls to Sunday Sun asking how they can help the wife and baby of the star who now plays for KV Oostende, in Belgium.

"Luminitsa is in a bad state. Nyasha is not doing anything for her and the baby," claimed a friend.

Another friend revealed that Nyasha had once kicked her and the baby out of the house they share in Midrand, Jozi.

"Nyasha came here with three women and told Luminitsa to pack her stuff and go. He dragged her out of the house with the baby and threw them on the streets. That woman is broken as what is happening to her is not human at all," claimed her friend.

A third source said Luminitsa is embarrassed to get help regarding her situation.

When contacted, the shy Luminitsa said: "I don't talk about my private life in the media. God will provide one day. Who told you all that?"

Nyasha's agent, Ralph Nkomo, said: "Nyasha is in Sweden. He'll only have a new phone next week. Please note I don't comment on my players' personal lives, it's private."
