Zanu PF members and all those who support the continued rule by President Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe have been described as heartless, un objective and lacking vision about the good prospects of the nation.

This come at a time when Zanu PF structure even those of the youth wing having endorsed that Mugabe will be their 2018 presidential candidate.

Social commentators have rebuked the move over continued imposition of Mugabe as executive president of t6he country as heartless and cruelty to the old man.

Nyarie Nyagomo said, "Zimbabweans, I never knew that we have heartless people among Zimbabweans. How can people in their right minds urge a 91 year old man to continue in office as Executive President of our country."

She said it is cruel and diabolical.

"It is the most irresponsible thing for a Nation to do," said Nyagomo. "No wonder everything is almost grinding to a halt. Zimbabweans must rank as the most political suckers of all times. The trend in modern day politics is leadership renewal in order to generate new ideas that move with the times."

She said the governance of a country should not be equated to a social event like a dinner dance. It is the livelihood of a Nation at stake.

Chris Rhino said it would be great for Mugabe to step down.

"But I fear it will not happen in our life," he said.

Mugabe has been accused of misrule mostly following the chaotic land reform programme which displaced many commercial farmers and left thousands if not millions of farm, workers jobless.
