Madzore back in the dock for 'Mugabe is a limping donkey' slur

The Constitutional Court has dismissed former Dzivarasekwa MP Solomon Madzore's application seeking the quashing of his criminal charges of labeling President Mugabe a limping donkey.

The ConCourt bench was headed by Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku.

The former MDC-T youth leader is being accused of describing Mugabe as a limping donkey during a campaign rally in Guruve two years ago.

Madzore has since denied the allegations and is out on $100 bail.
