Mugabe jets off to Tanzania

President Robert Mugabe has left for Arusha Tanzania and will proceed to Addis Ababa for the 18th COMESA summit.
The President has been invited to present a speech at a symposium in Arusha, organised by the ruling party Chama Cha Mapinduzi's youth league and their Chinese counterparts.
He will also attend the 18th COMESA summit in Addis Ababa from Sunday to Tuesday, where Ethiopia takes over chairmanship from the DRC.
The summit of the 19-member country organisation is held annually and Ethiopia will chair for the next one year.
The President was seen off at the Harare International Airport by Vice Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa and Phelekezela Mphoko, several government ministers, service chiefs and several senior government officials.
Meanwhile, Vice President Mnangagwa is the Acting President.
