The late Zimbabwe National Army commander General Solomon Mujuru is reported to  have had as many as 90 children with scores of women, one of his son's has said.

The shocking claims have come to light as his widow, former Vice-President Joice Mujuru is accused of being uncooperative and persistently refused to provide family lawyer Thakor Kewada with a copy of the last testament to expedite registration of the estate in terms of the law.

The state run Sunday Mail today said former Vice President ‘normally changed ownership of her late husband General Solomon Mujuru's assets to prevent other bona fide beneficiaries- including an estimated 90 children from assessing his vast estate,'

"I have strong reason to believe that my father left behind more than 20 children. There could be as many as 90 of us from different women.

"Amai Mujuru has four daughters and a son so this puts her at a disadvantage because the old  man (Gen Mujuru) was a traditionalist  who believed in keeping his wealth in the hands of the Mujurus though his sons instead on losing it to married  daughters," an unnamed son is quoted saying.
