The constitutional Court will hear the application by the 21 expelled MDC Renewal members of Parliament on the 14th of April 2015.

This has been announced by the MDC-Renewal spokesperson Jacob Mafume. He said the parties agreed that the matter was Urgent and should be dealt with before the nomination court sits.

"The Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku made the ruling," said Mafume.

"The application has been caused by the dishonourable treatment of these members of Parliament by the ZANU PF nominated and elected Speaker of Parliament who acted in cahoots with Douglas Mwonzora and Obert Gutu assisted of course by Kasukuwere Saviour and Prof Jonathan Moyo."

Mafume said the reward for Jonathan Moyo was of course is Tsholotsho which he lost to Joselyn Nkomo who is Sipepa Nkomo's wife.

"For the un-initiated the clause that is being used by our comrades in an un-comradely manner is the" Tekere Clause

".It was put in our law to kill internal democracy in ZANU PF and to prevent ZUM and/or Tekere to gain traction," said Mafume.

"The clause has been the most deadly weapon in Mugabe's treasure trove of dictatorship tools .This clause has meant that no impeachment would succeed even when the man clearly has no capacity."

He said this clause has meant the tyranny of political parties. "This has translated into unquestioning loyalty to party leaders at the expense of party followers," said Mafume.

"That it could be used by fellow comrades in arms is tragic .The little power that one has he uses it with malice and vindictiveness what of greater power the question begs?."

He said any-way they are not short of cheerleaders, worship and praise singers.

"Its the beginning not the end - The courage to act differently," he said.
