ZimRights elect new Board

Zimbabwe Human Rights Association (ZimRights) has elected New Board and National Council to run the affairs of the organization for the next three years.
ZimRights announced the developments through its social media wall.
"ZimRights has elected 31 members into the National Council to lead the organisation for the next three years during an elective Annual General Meeting held in Mutare," reads the post. "The new Board and National Council is now made up for the following members, National Chairperson Passmore Nyakureba (Manicaland), Vice National Chairperson Takesure Musiiwa (Mashonaland West), National Treasurer Themba Chiveya (Bulawayo)."
Committee Members are a P Muketiwa, a. J Makombe, a T Rusere, Ruvengo, Sithengisiwe Kalenge, Jamali Mabvuto and Gladman Mazwi.
"As per the amendment made by the AGM, each province seconded an uncontested female representative in the National Council, Chitungwiza Netsai Kaitano , Harare Laina Silikombola,. Mat South, Lydia Maphosa, Mat North, Sithandekile Sibanda, Mash East, Francisca Ngwende, Mash West, Jesca Mabhena, Mash Central, Nyadzisayi Mutyandaedza, Masvingo Takaidza Entrance, Bulawayo, Monica Sibanda, Manicaland, Gladys Makombe and Midlands is Stella Tarisayi," reads the post.
"ZimRights congratulates all those who were elected to lead the organisation for the next three years. We hope that through their continued hard work and commitment they will usher the organisation into a new era of success and development in the fight for the respect for human rights."
