'The people will decide,' says Mliswa

Former Hurungwe West Zanu-PF MP, Temba Mliswa says the people will decide on who will represent them in the House of Assembly, despite a Constitutional Court ruling upholding his expulsion from Parliament.
Mliswa and former Headlands MP Didymus Mutasa, the former minister, had approached the court seeking to nullify their expulsion from the House of Assembly.
This followed the pair's dismissal from Zanu-PF and subsequent expulsion from Parliament.
The two were seeking a court order to stop by-election in Headlands and Hurungwe constituencies. However, the full Constitutional Court bench led by Godfrey Chidyausiku dismissed the application yesterday.
