Man catches wife making love with boyfriend in church toilet during a service

A man is at loggerheads with his wife whom he caught making love with her boyfriend inside their church's toilet during a service.

Phillip Makotose told the Harare CMI Court yesterday that Edwick Mujuru and her boyfriend turned the church toilet into a love nest while other worshippers were engrossed in the gospel.

Makotose had been dragged to court by Mujuru who was seeking a protection order against him.

"On that fateful day, I followed her to church because she had left our minor children with nothing to eat and when I got there I proceeded to the toilet first to relieve myself and that is where I caught her making love with her fellow church mate," he said.

Makotose told the court that he suspected that Mujuru was having an extramarital affair because she had been denying him conjugal rights for over a year.

Mujuru had submitted that Makotose always physically and verbally abuses her over petty issues.

Mujuru pleaded with magistrate Mr Nyatsanza to bar Makotose from visiting her home as he was breaching her peace

Mr Nyatsanza granted the order in Mujuru's favour.
