Pregnant tenant assaulted for demanding $3 debt

A pregnant Harare tenant was severely trashed by her landlady over a $3 debt her boss refused to pay.
Tabeth Ndlovu aged 30 bashed poor Mitchel Kaserera who had gone to pay her rentals.
According to H-Metro, Mitchel's crime was to deduct $3 from the rentals as the landlady had earlier borrowed cash.
That did not go down well with Tabeth who became violent and assaulted the tenant who was only rescued by her husband.
Mitchel is said to have sustained stomach pains after the attack.
Magistrate Tendai Mahwe remanded Ndlovu out of custody to April 23 for trial.
