Heal Zimbabwe organise prayer meeting over xenophobia

Heal Zimbabwe Trust and organisation fighting for human rights and democracy has organised a prayer meeting over the xenophobic attacks that is occurring in South Africa.
Seven people are reported to have lost their lives in the attacks amid international condemnation of South African citizens over the violence.
Heal Zimbabwe said it has seen it fit for Zimbabweans to conduct a prayer meeting in efforts to ask God to intervene in the issue and save lives.
The organisation invited all Zimbabweans to attend the prayer meeting.
"You are cordially invited to an anti-xenophobia prayer session being held tomorrow, Wednesday, 22 April 2015," wrote Heal Zimbabwe.
The prayer session that starts at 10:00am at the Trinity Methodist Church (corner 3rd street and Central Avenue) is being facilitated by the Zimbabwe Heads of Christian Denominations and Civil Society Organisations.
"Let us bear in mind that…When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God…" Leviticus 19:33-34 (New International Version)" reads the notice.
