Churches in Zimbabwe are organising a prayer meeting in Harare to pray for the xenophobic attacks occurring in South Africa to stop.
This has been revealed by Pastor Shingi Munyeza the former Chief Executive officer of Zim Sun Hotel Group.
Munyeza said on 22 April 2015 the Zimbabwe Heads of Christian Denominations will hold prayer to bring an end to xenophobia and the victims of this barbaric and demonic act.
"The prayer meeting starts at 930am till 12pm at Trinity Methodist Church," he said.
"Let's all ask God to come through for us on this issue. If you cannot join us please take time to pray wherever you are during that time"
This come in the wake of about seven people reportedly to have died in South Africa following the attacks by locals who are accusing foreigners of taking their jobs.
The attacks have been widely condemned.
