Man in court for gaining balance using female workmate's buttocks

A SUNNINGDALE man, Peter Kastinga aged 37 found himself in trouble after he allegedly touched his female workmates buttocks.
According to H-Metro, Kastinga appeared in court for indecent assault of which he denied the charges saying he only touched his workmate on the shoulder when he tried to gain balance.
"Your worship, I did not brush or stroke her buttocks, instead I touched her shoulders when I was about to fall, trying to gain balance," Kastinga told magistrate Precious Muzondo.
The court heard that on March 12, the victim was sent by her manager to the human resource department.
It is alleged that she passed through Katsinga's workshop.
Katsginga is said to have followed the woman asking her why she had ignored him.
He then touched her buttocks, the court heard.
The woman reported the matter to the workers committee and later to the police.
Katsinga is out on $300 bail.
