Former adviser urges Tsvangirai to stop boycotting elections

United Kingdom based Zimbabwean and constitutional law expert and MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai's former adviser, Alex Magaisa has urged the opposition party to reverse their decision to boycott more future by-elections in order to expose the Zanu-PF government's reluctance to implement electoral reforms.

The MDC-T and several other opposition parties have vowed not to participate in future elections citing government's refusal to implement key electoral reforms enshrined in the Constitution.

Tsvangiral last week told MDC-T supporters that the party would stick to its congress resolution to continue boycotting elections until the playing field has been levelled.
