Chihuri urges cops to maintain discipline

Commissioner-General Augustine Chihuri has said Police officers should remain disciplined if they are to effectively combat crime.

He said police work demanded physical ability complemented by an alert mental astuteness.

He said it was important that the nobility of sport continued to be upheld within the force.

Comm-Gen Chihuri applauded female officers who continued to demonstrate spectacular exploits both in professional and sporting domain.

He said the gala presented an occasion for reunion, interaction and exchange of experiences and sporting notes.
