This was revealed by the Harare Residents Trust which said In Mt Pleasant, residents go for  half a day without electricity on a daily basis.

"What is called tap water from the city of Harare we do not know for the past five years," said the Trust. "If you do not have borehole you can not survive in MT Pleasant because to always ask for water from next door can not do.

The Trust said officials from the Ministry of Water, Environment and Climate are now demanding that residents with boreholes pay US$150 every year for their boreholes.
