Woman hammers hubby with iron bar on the eye

A 24 year old violent woman struck her hubby on the eye with an iron bar claiming it was in self-defence.

 Vongai Miyoma is being charged with assault on Bastirai Jack, H-Metro reported.

"My intentions were not to hurt him, the iron bar was only object that was close when he was beating me up so I decided to use it for self-defence," she said.

 The court heard that nom May 2 the pair had a heated argument at their Zengeza 4 home.

After assaulting each other, Vongai the took an iron bar and struck Bastirai on the right eye.

That led to Bastirai making a police report.
