Zimbabwean permit seekers warned over SA bogus documents

The Zimbabwe Permits Assist association has warned Zimbabweans living in South Africa who are eager to get permits to be worry of people who may offer them fraudulent permits which may implicated them into crime.

The organization issued warning amid reports there was an increasing number of people who are crying foul after acquiring documents which later turn out to be fraudulent.

"We hear that people are flocking PRETORIA to obtain so called IDs, especial those with asylum or expired passports," said the organisation."We are yet to verify the authenticity of these claims but we are strongly warning people to stay away from such illicit dealings. The organisation said they know for fact that no special announcement was done pertaining that ,secondly there is no such provision on the new immigration rules .

"Still in Pretoria , we also heard allegations that there is a group calling itselves Amandebele nation , purporting to help all ndebele tribes seeking SA ids or land , there are charging up to R1300 for their effort," said the organisation.

"We warn people to be wary of such activities ,as you will be conned of your cash . If you know anything of that nature or you are a victim , inbox or comment and share with us."
