Brothers kidnap sangoma, force her to connect them with their ancestors

Five Masvingo brothers reportedly kidnapped and held a 52-year-old sangoma captive, forcing her to connect them to their ancestors.
The brothers- Leonard (42), Lucas (31), Liston (39), Passmore (24) and Abraham 23 teamed up to kidnap Easter Chihoso.
She was kept captive for days as the brothers demanded that she connect them with their ancestors as they had suffered enough.
They had accused a family spirit medium of not pleaded their case with the ancestors.
They pleaded guilty but said they did not intend to hurt her.
They will each sentenced to 8 months in jail but there months were suspended.
According to B-Metro, the incident happened on 6 May around 5pm.
They went the samgoma's homestead and asked her to join them to their mother's homestead.
She refused saying she cannot travel at night.
That did not go down well with the brothers who assaulted her.
They forced marched her to their mother's place and locked her in a room.
They vowed not to release her until she talked to their ancestors.
