Bhasikiti withdraws motion

Mwenezi legislator Kudakwashe Bhasikiti-Tshuma (Zanu-PF) yesterday withdrew his motion that sought to discredit Government for challenges being faced by Chingwizi villagers.

His decision to withdraw the motion followed protest by Masvingo MP Daniel Shumba (Zanu-PF) who rose on a point of order last week, saying the former Masvingo Provincial Affairs Minister wanted to use privileged information that he secured during his reign in the province.

In withdrawing the motion, Bhasikiti said his concerns were being addressed at the highest. He said his motion had generated a lot of interest resulting in it receiving attention.
