Dead man's wallet torment's woman

A Mwenezi woman - Vengai Maposa who picked a cursed wallet with a $50 note is now allegedly being tormented and receives claps each time she tries to dispose of it.
Maposa picked the wallet last year and is said to belong to a dead man who was a teacher.
The man is said to have died years back.
Village head, Tapiwa Muchena confined this to B-Metro.
"The wallet story is a complicated issues and Mapoda is moving from one place to another seeking help. When the woman picked up the wallet, there was the owner's identity card and money. She took the wallet to her house and intended to use the $50 note she had found inside.
"That is when people got to know about the issue, when Maposa tried to buy using the money as a supermarket, the heard her screaming for help.
"Unfortunately, people around her could not see anything," said the village head.
"The identity card in the wallet was said to be of a former teacher in the area who died a few years back. The teacher in questions once troubled villagers as he appeared I different places selling cattle even after his death,
"Villagers last heard of him when a cleansing ceremony was held," said Muchena.
