Protesters bay for Langa's blood

There was reportedly commotion at Filabusi centre on Wednesday last week as a group of Zanu-PF activists and war veterans thronged the offices used by former Zanu-PF provincial Chairman for Matabeleland South Andrew Langa threatening to deal with him and calling for his ouster on allegations of corruption involving the illegal sale of state land and mining claims.
A source from Filabusi said the protesters camped at the offices threatening to deal with Langa and his allies if they happen to visit the offices amid revelations due to escalating tension Langa and his co accused who are not named ended up locking them self at Pangani Training centre before calling the police and soldiers to protect him.
"Following the commotion which erupted on the day, Langa and his people ended up locking themselves at Pangani Training Centre," said the source who asked not to be named. "Armed police and soldiers were later seen at the Filabusi Centre to provide security to Langa."
Langa is being accused of illegally selling land and claims for his personal benefit. The protestor demand his expulsion from the party and from his post as the Minister of Sports Arts and Culture.
