President Robert Mugabe has been advised that his claim that South Africa needs liberation were wayward considering the fact that many people run away from his country to seek either political or economic refuge in South Africa.
The MDC-T official Job Sikhala said it was vague for Mugabe to claim that SA needs to be liberated.
The remarks come after Mugabe while in Botswana last week said SA needs liberation considering the fact that there are still a lot of whites owning land and companies in that country yet many blacks were jobless and poor.
"Mugabe said South Africa needs a new liberation struggle to free it, where he went to kneel and bagged for money just few weeks ago," said Sikhala.
"The people of your country run away from your despotic rule to the same country for you to talk such trash. How many people are exiled in SA running away from Mugabe's torture, arbitrary arrests, killings and starvation. A country full of starvation is the one that need to be liberated. And it is non other than Zimbabwe!"
Mugabe was recently in South Africa where he signed numerous business deals with that government.
