Commercial sex workers on the prowl for clients
The Constitutional Court has today outlawed police's dragnet operations in which women were being arrested in the avenues area on allegations of soliciting for paid sex.
The court held that in the absence of the man who claims to have been approached, the women's arrests are rendered unconstitutional.
