Ziso lawsuit on the removal of vendors - copy

Here is a copy of the Letter that Zimbabwe Informal Sector (ZISO) lawyers delivered at the Minister Chombo's office this afternoon.  

"We decided at this stage, to serve only on the Minister, to avoid hassles with the other parties e.g JOC.  If however the Minister does not respond favourably to our request, then in advancing the matter at Court through an Urgent Chamber Application on Friday (if the matter goes that far), we would also cite other relevant parties as Respondents," said Zimbabwe Informal Sector.
