Teacher rapes girl (11) herding goats

A former school teacher who was on the run for raping a grade 4 pupil has appeared at Zaka Magistrates Court after he allegedly raped another 11-year-old girl he found herding goats in the fields.
The girl attends Murerekwa Primary School in Zaka.
Eusto Gunda appeared before Magistrate Constance Mutandwa facing a charge of rape.
According to Masvingo Mirror, the court heard that sometime last week Gunda who was on the run after committing a similar offence some years back visited his wife who teaches at Murerekwa Primary School.
Gunda allegedly ambushed the 11-year-old grade 6 pupil while she was herding goats and dragged her into a bushy area before raping her once.
The matter came to light after the girl told her parents what had happened leading to the arrest of Gunda.
Magistrate Mutandwa remanded him in custody and the matter will be back in court on June 19
