Are Zimbabweans the unhappiest people on earth

Five years ago a survey was done and Zimbabweans were said to be the unhappiest people on earth.
The situation is much better than it was at the time because prices then were going up two or three times a day. Dollarisation has made prices to be stable and Zimbabwe is recording a single digit inflation rate compared to the trillion percent inflation rate then.
Most Zimbabweans we have spoken to are confiedent that one day things will change for the better.
Could it be that Zimbabweans are simply just too pessimistic?
