Government through Deputy Home Affairs Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi has appealed for information that might assist in finding missing journalist-cum activist Itai Dzamara.
Ziyambi made the rare appeal in Parliament this afternoon, Bulawayo24.com can reveal.
He said briefly: "We appeal for any information on the whereabouts of Itai Dzamara."
Dzamara was allegedly abducted three months ago at gunpoint and thrown into a waiting vehicle after staging sit-ins demanding the resignation of President Robert Mugabe. He hasn't been seen since.
Officials say they have searched for clues into the kidnapping, but so far have been unsuccessful in locating Dzamara.
