'Zimbabwe on brink of total collapse'

The MDC led by Morgan Tsvangirai said that the longer the nonagenarian and his party remained in power, the worse things will turn for Zimbabweans.

This comes as the broke government is calling for Western donors and companies to fund the $300million emergency food project.

The MDC also said the Zanu-PF is ignoring the plight of Zimbabweans as it is busy concentrating on the factional wars.

As a result, the MDC's call was that it was time the country was "put back in the spotlight" by regional and continental bodies.
