Shingi Munyeza dragged to court

Founder of Convergent Communication Technologies (Pvt) Limited (CCT), Tom Nyandoro, is dragging his former business associate Shingi Munyeza and three other associates in a breach of contract and trust suit.

Nyandoro said he approached his lawyers with intention of suing the four after they quit CCT to form a rival entity, Kingvile Investments (Pvt) Limited, to directly compete with CCT.

Nyandoro accused the four of conspiring to undermine CCT's business by communicating with vendors to stop dealing with CCT in violation of their contractual obligations as covered in the shareholder agreement.

Munyeza denied the allegations and accused Nyandoro of extortion.
