A NYAZURA woman who is having an extra-marital affair with a married man has approached the courts seeking a protection against her boyfriend's wife who is assaulting her willy-nilly.
Theresa Nyamu said she is experiencing hell on earth at the hands of Stella Pajona who constantly assault and insult her for having a relationship with her husband.
Nyamu told the court that she was in love with Pajona's husband and they once stayed for three weeks when she was away.
"I do admit that I am in a relationship with her husband and this is an affair that started when she was away in Headlands. I stayed with her man for three weeks before she came back from work. That was in 2008.
"Since that time we are still seeing each other. Now, I am having problems with this woman. We live a few houses away from each other and my life is turning into a living hell. She insults me from time to time and every time she gets a chance to get closer to me she assaults me.
"She should confront her husband not me. As such I pray that a protection order may be granted for my safety," said Nyamu
Pajona showed no remorse and said she will continue with the onslaught.
"This woman deserves what is coming her way because she is messing with property that does not belong to her.
"All she said is the truth. She has to know that he is my husband and I promise to beat her more.
"I might sound wild, but this is what every normal woman will do if her husband is having an extra marital relationship," said Pajona
Mrs Annie Ndiraya told Pajona that she did not have the right to assault and threaten someone.
She advised her to confront her husband over the issue.
A five-year protection order was ordered against Pajona.
