New youthful prophet unleashed

A youthful Chinhoyi prophet and founder of Fresh Fire and Miracles Ministries International, Apostle Desmond Parirewa has underscored the role of the church in promoting and safeguarding the marriage institution and social relationships.
The charismatic 28-year-old preacher, simply known as Apostle Desmond, said he has tried by all means to provide solutions to social ills such as divorces, misfortunes and ill-health but has been facing challenges in getting higher acceptance levels due to his youthful age.
Apostle Desmond however said such challenges should not deter men of God from delivering those in problems such as the prospects of divorce as it is the role of the church to ensure the family unit is maintained and preserved.
He said this in Banket during a healing crusade.
Asked to comment on the current standoff between PHD Ministries founder, Prophet Walter Magaya and the Vapostori over issues of doctrines and beliefs, Apostle Desmond chose to be diplomatic, saying he is not privy to the details over the issue.
Apostle Desmond follows in the footsteps of some of Zimbabwe's celebrated and influential prophets such as Prophets Emmanuel Makandiwa and Walter Magaya, among others after founding his church at the age of 25 in 2012.
