Government says corruption remains one of the biggest threats to the attainment of goals as defined in the ZIMASSET blue print.
Economic Planning and Investment Promotion Minister Simon Khaya Moyo says now is the time for serious dialogue in dealing with the scourge.
Khaya Moyo says corruption is a challenge that must not only be dealt with in Zimbabwe, but even at continental and global level.
Ambassador Moyo, who was giving a lecture at the National Defence College also said the Diaspora remains a critical pool which can drive development, thus government is exploring ways to tap into the over 2 million Zimbabweans who reside in different parts of the world.
Pre-occupied with growing the economy and promoting its ZIMASSET economic blueprint, Zimbabwe is looking at ways to fund its economic growth agenda which takes cognisance of economic and social realities of its citizens.
