Man in trouble for shoving hand in woman's private parts

A man from Makokoba in Bulawayo is in trouble after he met a female reveller at a bar and allegedly shoved his hand under her dress to feel her private parts.

Khumbulani Sibanda (34)  was not asked to plead to aggravated indecent assault charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashinga. The magistrate remanded him in custody to July 13 for trial.

The court heard that on July 2, this year at 5:30pm Sibanda was at Madlodlo Beer Garden when he met the woman  walking with her sister.

He allegedly inserted his hand under her dress to touch her private part. The woman reported the matter to the police leading to Sibanda's arrest.
