Mujuru's ally 'arrests' stalking female CIO agent

Kudakwashe Bhasikiti, the axed minister of State for Masvingo, says he has unearthed an alleged assassination plot against him which on Saturday culminated in his dramatic arrest of a female state agent he claims had been trailing him.
Bhasikiti, 53, told an online news portal that suspected state agents driving on two vehicles have in the past week been stalking him and routinely deploying a female spy close to his Borrowdale home to watch over his movements.
Things took a dramatic twist on Saturday morning when the politician and his aides confronted the lady 'spy', bundled her into a car and took her to Borrowdale police where she later admitted being a member of the dreaded CIO.
A police report under reference number RRB 2494285 was opened but the woman, said to be 38, was charged with a lesser crime of "conduct likely to provoke the breach of peace".
A Toyota Fortuner, registration number AAB 9211, has been named as one of the vehicles trailing Bhasikiti.
